Senior Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and vision for the entire Healia platform, ensuring every roadmap decision ladders up to company goals, client needs, and market opportunity
• Build and maintain the company's single product roadmap, prioritizing across competing needs and leading cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, and launch
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI throughout product and company, from member-facing experiences to internal operations, to reduce friction, improve decision-making, and unlock new value for clients and members
• Partner closely with Engineering, Account Management, Operations, and Sales to ensure products are technically sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with client expectations
• Define success metrics across the product portfolio, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate based on data and feedback
• Make and communicate clear tradeoff decisions across the entire product surface area in a fast-moving environment with limited resources
• Synthesize feedback from Account Management, Sales, and direct client conversations to influence the product roadmap and company strategy
• Establish the processes and tools that will scale the product function as the company grows

What You'll Be Successful At

• Have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning products from strategy through launch
• Use AI tools fluently in your own workflow to move faster, and have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to customers
• Have prior experience at a startup
• Be comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator in a fast-growing environment
• Have a data-driven approach to prioritization, roadmap decisions, and measuring product success
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Be skilled at translating ambiguous, messy problems into clear plans and shippable solutions
• Bring a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in environments where processes are still being built and refined
• Have experience partnering closely with engineering teams and can speak credibly to technical tradeoffs

• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
• Understanding of the healthcare benefits regulatory environment
