We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Title: Senior Product Manager Reports to: Vice President of Product Marketing Location: Mooresville, NC Website: www.greenworkstools.com Company Summary: paragraph about Greenworks. Position Summary: paragraph about recruiting Senior Product Manager to lead battery-platform strategy, responsibilities etc. Position-Specific Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (Pillars...). Then General Responsibilities: bullet list. Experience Required: bullet list. Potential Requirements: includes EEO and physical requirements etc. We need to remove EEO boilerplate but keep physical requirements? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove EEO statement. Physical requirements maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of "Potential Requirements". Might keep if substantive. However "Potential Requirements" includes: "The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship. The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position. The essential physical requirements of the position will consist of, but not limited to: Observe and detect details at close range.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.Climb stairs, stationary position (Sit/Stand 50% of time).Position self by stooping, kneeling, transport, or position boxes weighing 5 -20 pounds or more.Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers.Occasionally exposed to weather elements." That seems substantive (physical requirements). We can keep that under maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have: - About the role: could include Company Summary and Position Summary? Or maybe "About the role" includes position summary. We'll decide. - Responsibilities: Position-Specific Responsibilities + General Responsibilities. - Requirements: Experience Required (education, years, experience) plus maybe physical requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we need to avoid duplicate sections. We can combine. - Skills: maybe presentation, communication, problem-solving, leadership, cross-functional, multitasking, fast-paced. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not provided, so omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: company summary, position summary, responsibilities (both specific and general), experience required, skills, physical requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to format lists with
  • . We need to use

for prose. Let's craft. First, maybe a short

for metadata: Reports to, Location, Website? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with Reports to: Vice President of Product Marketing; Location: Mooresville, NC; Website: www.greenworkstools.com. Then About the role: maybe combine Company Summary and Position Summary into a

    or two. Let's do:

The Senior Product Manager will be an expert representing the product categories from a product development, product marketing, and road mapping perspective, managing both commercial and consumer worldwide portfolio, collaborating with engineering and industrial design in the US and China to bring innovative product and service solutions to market.

Now Responsibilities: combine Position-Specific Responsibilities and General Responsibilities. We need to list items as
    • . The Position-Specific Responsibilities paragraph includes many sentences; we can break into bullet points. Let's extract bullet points: - Develop channel-specific assortment, pricing, product architecture, and launch strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and finance. - Represent product categories from product development, product marketing, and road mapping perspective. - Manage both commercial and consumer worldwide portfolio. - Collaborate with engineering and industrial design (US and China) to bring innovative product and service solutions to market. - Lead product strategy, portfolio management, customer insight, product marketing, and business performance. - Product lifecycle management including SKU rationalization, product refreshes, cost reductions, feature upgrades, replacement products, inventory, and parts lifecycle. - Lead the product portfolio products and accessories for both Greenworks Commercial & Greenworks battery ecosystem. - Head the collaboration of defining and executing product roadmap. - Business ownership of category P/L and lead go-to-market strategy including MSRP, competitive price positioning, promotional pricing, and margin optimization. - Lead VOC work to create assets facilitating the 360-degree journey for product categories. - Collaborate with sales in professional (dealers and landscapers) and consumer segments (Lowe's, Walmart, Costco, Amazon, TSC, etc.) to assist in customer presentations. - Analyze market and competitive landscapes, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. - Continuously assess market competition and voice-of-customer by comparing the company's product to competitors' products; need to be an expert with respect to the competition. - Stay aware of emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive solutions and analysis. - Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organization, and project management skills. - Work with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and prioritization. - Define, collect, and measure key product metrics and leverage to inform the success of each release and plan future iterations. - Ensure cross-functional coordination for projects within purview to realize flawless execution of initiatives. - Responsible to achieve objectives as they relate to agreed-upon time-to-market, customer expectations, target cost, margin, and profit objectives. - Responsible for developing sales enablement tools and collateral as well as provide necessary training for category. - This position requires up to 25-30% travel, primarily domestic, but also international. Now Experience Required: - Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design preferred) - 5-7 years of product management/development experience in related field - Experience in working with battery OPE and/or Power Tool products - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving capability with demonstrated leadership in driving quality improvements - Strong presentation skills and ability to work cross functionally - Self-starting with solid follow-through and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload Potential Requirements (physical): - Observe and detect details at close range. - Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. - Climb stairs, stationary position (Sit/Stand 50% of time). - Position self by stooping, kneeling, transport, or position boxes weighing 5 -20 pounds or more. - Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers. - Occasionally exposed to weather elements. We could put physical requirements under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we already have Experience Required, we could add a subsection "Physical Requirements" but we only allowed headings list. Could include under Requirements as part of list. Skills: we could extract from Experience Required: presentation, communication, problem-solving, leadership, cross-functional, multitasking, fast-paced. But we might combine Skills with Experience Required; but we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to include Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (soft skills). Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements; we can omit Qualifications if redundant. Let's structure:

      About the role

      (already)

      Responsibilities

      (list)

      Requirements

      (education, years, experience, battery OPE)

      Skills

(presentation, communication, problem-solving, leadership, cross-functional, multitasking, fast-paced, travel)

      Physical Requirements

maybe not in allowed list but we could put under Requirements as part of list. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but better to stick to those. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements. Thus under Requirements we can include both experience and physical requirements. Skills: we can list. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft HTML. Start with metadata

      . Then About the role

      with two paragraphs. Then Responsibilities

      with
      • items. Then Requirements

        with
        • items: education, years, experience, battery OPE, plus physical requirements bullet points. Then Skills

          with
          • items: presentation, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, leadership, cross-functional, multitasking, fast-paced, travel 25-30%. Check for duplication: Some skills already listed in Requirements (presentation skills, problem-solving, ability to work cross functionally, self-starting, multitasking, fast-paced). We might still include them in Skills but ensure not duplicate exactly same phrasing. Could adjust. Better: Requirements: education, years, experience, battery OPE. Skills: presentation, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, leadership, cross-functional, multitasking, fast-paced, travel. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: company summary, position summary, responsibilities (including travel), experience required, skills. We omitted the sentence "This individual will be the an expert representing the product categories from a product development, product marketing, and road mapping perspective." Already covered in responsibilities. We omitted "The selected person will manage the both commercial and consumer worldwide portfolio." covered. We omitted "This is a highly visible position within the organization leading the efforts to become a market leader within the battery powered solutions." Could add to About the role maybe. We omitted "Position-Specific Responsibilities: Pillars of the position consist of product strategy, portfolio management, customer insight, product marketing, and business performance" we covered. We omitted "Business ownership of category P/L and lead go to market strategy including MSRP, competitive price positioning, promotional pricing, and margin optimization" covered. We omitted "Lead the VOC work to create assets facilitating the 360
