Job Summary

The mission of the Global Site Solutions Organization is to drive holistic technology strategy to enable the entire end-to-end lifecycle of a client site. This organization is embarking on a multi-year journey to modernize and enhance over 60 applications to support the Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services value stream to deliver more value for global business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Workplace Services value stream has feasible and sustainable products & solutions.
  • Craft and deliver the Product roadmap, partnering with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to Business Strategies, Technical Roadmaps, and Architectural standards.
  • Evolve lean and agile processes and operationalize product management workflows while leaving room for flexibility and team-specific ways of working.
  • Practice consultative partnership to analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
  • Partner with companion teams for delivery of enterprise-connected solutions.
  • Collaboratively build a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range roadmap for the portfolio.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at the portfolio/program level. Identify and solve issues.
  • Manage demand versus capacity gaps and resource contention issues.
  • Train a team of skilled and engaged product owners at various levels of seniority.
  • Mentor team – ability to provide training and guidance to product team (responsibility if converted to an Associate).

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in intake, prioritization, roadmap, negotiations, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Hands-on experience leading steering committees and executive leadership presentations.
  • Hands-on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning.
  • Strong agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks.
  • SAFe Certification and operating experience.
  • Consultative partnership with customers, with the ability to translate functional needs into requirements that drive value.
  • Working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with measurable business impact.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills.
  • Multiple domain expertise.
  • Third-party and SAAS applications.
  • JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

  • Kanban preferred.
  • Cloud experience (Azure, AWS).

Required Experience

  • 8 plus years of product management experience.
  • 15 plus years of overall product experience or a related position.
  • 5 plus years' experience working on a large-scale global implementation.
