About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with meaningful hands-on experience building with large language models and agentic systems to lead the development of a new generation of AI-powered enterprise products. This is a highly technical product role sitting between product management, applied AI, and software engineering. You will determine how intelligent agents reason about complex operational problems, what information they receive, which tools they can access, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-agent-based enterprise products
- Define requirements for agentic systems, including reasoning, tool use, and information retrieval
- Work closely with applied AI researchers and software engineers to translate research into production capabilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand operational problems and translate them into agent workflows
- Establish success metrics for agent performance and product outcomes
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products
- Hands-on experience building with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or similar)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool-calling architectures
- Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience taking AI products from prototype to production at scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B product management is strongly preferred
Skills
- Deep familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies and iterative improvement cycles
- Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for prototyping and data analysis
- Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API design
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design agent workflows that handle complex, multi-step tasks
