Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take new products from concept to launch. You'll be working on products that don't exist yet, with a rough idea of a problem to solve and some customer feedback. Your initial focus will be on validating the problem through customer conversations, market sizing, and competitive analysis. Once validated, you'll define the product strategy, roadmap, and work closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch the product. You'll also be responsible for go-to-market activities, including positioning, launch, and post-launch analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for your product area
• Create and manage the product roadmap, making decisions on what features to prioritize
• Conduct customer discovery and research through direct conversations and demos
• Work on the commercial side, including market sizing, pricing input, and revenue forecasting
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams from prototype to general availability (GA)
• Lead positioning and launch efforts alongside marketing and sales teams
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and utilize AI-powered tools and automations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Own go-to-market activities, including positioning, launch content, and field enablement

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of shipping products
• Experience with early-stage products, where there is no established playbook
• Demonstrated use of AI in daily work, including building custom agents for research, synthesis, and automation
• Willingness to share a decision that went wrong and the lessons learned from it
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documents
• Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware, device fleets, or infrastructure products is a plus
• Startup or high-growth company experience is advantageous
• Experience working with customers in regulated industries is a plus

The pay range for this role is $185,000 - $210,000 USD per year (Bellevue HQ).
