About the Role
As our next Senior Product Manager - Medical, you’ll shape our organization’s success by driving market and product strategies. This role offers career growth, learning opportunities, and a collaborative environment where your expertise and ideas are valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage market and product roadmaps for identified Medical market opportunities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Medical markets, influencing leadership internally and externally.
- Drive growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of assigned product lines.
- Determine customer and market needs using market research and voice of customer insights.
- Bring new products to market by defining product requirements, analyzing development programs, and creating business plans with ROI analysis, timelines, and demand forecasts.
- Define product marketing communication objectives and collaborate with marketing, sales, and compliance to create collateral and sales enablement tools.
- Develop sales strategies for new and existing products.
- Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts for management.
- Set product lead times to support growth and optimize business, collaborating with operations and supply chain on inventory strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product quality, cost, and availability.
- Assess product market share with commercial partners and develop competitive strategies through detailed competitor analysis.
- Train and deliver customer and market messaging as needed.
- Determine product pricing using value-based strategies, considering market and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
- Promote and train the global CPC organization on market, value proposition, and key messages.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
- Mentor and coach team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May manage a team of product managers, product owners, and/or project managers as business growth requires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 7+ years of product marketing experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience defining and launching new products to market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or similar technical degree.
- MBA from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience marketing component products to medical OEMs.
- 5+ years of engineering or product management experience for a medical OEM.
- Proven experience developing and implementing product development plans and strategies in a B2B setting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creative problem-solving with a global perspective.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with fluid handling products/markets.
- Experience working with and understanding distribution channel dynamics.
Travel
Up to 15%.

Pay
Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $152,000.00 annually for this role in Minnesota. Individual compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to the position.
