About the role

Reporting to Vikesh Khanna, CTO and Co-founder, you will oversee all phases of product feature development for a substantial surface area of the product. This includes end-to-end full responsibility of the roadmap, strategy, and execution for our large enterprise customers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will also engage extensively with external customers to better understand how we can improve current products while also bringing new features and value to support their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross-functional team to manage and coordinate the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision
  • Drive new feature developments from start to finish
  • Run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after deployment

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in product management, with demonstrated experience in building and shipping products for enterprise customers
  • B2B SaaS background, with experience working directly with enterprise customers
  • Experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships, and prioritize stakeholder requests
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Understanding of enterprise software architecture and design patterns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
