Senior Product Manager
About Accruent

Backed by Fortive (NYSE: FTV), we combine the agility of a SaaS innovator with the scale, discipline, and financial backing of an established global enterprise.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic, product-led evolution of our core Property & Facility Management capabilities. In this role, you will not just manage a feature backlog; you will own a business outcome. You will bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and tactical execution, translating market insights into a high-growth product roadmap that prioritizes customer acquisition, seamless activation, and account expansion.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Strategy & Growth Mapping: Synthesize customer empathy with rigorous data analysis of market trends to uncover high-impact growth levers, monetization opportunities, and market whitespace. Define and evangelize an aspirational product vision for our Property & Space Management suite, aligning product health directly with business health (ARR, NRR, and LTV).
Map and optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral funnels within Enterprise SaaS constructs to shorten the user's "time-to-value."
Product-Led Discovery & Experimentation: Spearhead a continuous discovery and rapid experimentation culture, utilizing A/B testing, user research, and behavioral analytics to ruthlessly optimize user journeys. Synthesize qualitative user feedback with quantitative behavioral data (via product analytics tools) to design frictionless user experiences and product-led expansion loops. Partner with Design and UX to co-create and prototype solutions that inherently encourage deeper product adoption and self-serve upsells.
Growth-Oriented Roadmap & Delivery: Translate commercial strategy into an outcome-driven (rather than feature-driven) roadmap that balances short-term growth wins with long-term scalability. Execute complex, high-stakes trade-off decisions, prioritizing speed-to-market and iterative value delivery without compromising solution quality. Maintain a high-velocity backlog characterized by precision-engineered epics & stories focused on driving specific user actions and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment: Work in lockstep with Engineering to translate complex user workflows into elegant, shippable code, maintaining a relentless focus on quality and continuous deployment. Socialize growth hypotheses, test results, and roadmap priorities across the organization, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are unified on expected outcomes and commercial metrics. Take ultimate point of accountability for the adoption success, quality, and commercial impact of every product release.
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Commercial Partnership: Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales to architect compelling positioning, packaging, and in-app triggers that accelerate customer acquisition and win rates. Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with product intelligence and data-driven insights to help identify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities early. Oversee the transition from product delivery to market impact, ensuring high-quality launches and continuous product-market fit.
What Success Looks Like
Market Leadership: A compelling, differentiated product experience that establishes us as the undisputed "must-have" solution in the IWMS (Integrated Workspace Management Systems) and Employee Experience space.
Growth Velocity: Sustained upward trends across core growth KPIs, specifically driving velocity in user activation, feature adoption, gross retention, and expansion revenue (NRR).
Product-Led Excellence: A mature culture of experimentation where product optimizations are continuously validated by behavioral data and revenue impact.
Organizational Trust: A unified cross-functional engine where Engineering, Design, and GTM teams operate with absolute clarity, shared purpose, and a collective growth mindset.
What You Bring
8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms (bonus points if you have explicitly worked in a PLG or hybrid-growth motion).
Data fluency: Exceptional proficiency in leveraging complex data sets, behavioral analytics, and growth funnels to diagnose product health and pinpoint growth levers.
Experimentation experience: Deep experience in user-centered discovery, moving from ideation to validated, high-conversion user experiences via rigorous A/B testing and MVP experimentation.
Strong cross-functional leadership: The ability to navigate organizational complexity and align engineers, designers, growth marketers, and C-suite stakeholders around shared commercial goals.
Technical comfort: Experience managing complex backlogs and roadmaps while maintaining a relentless focus on quality, scalability, and speed-to-market.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience implementing or managing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies (e.g., self-serve trials, freemium models, in-app onboarding, or automated expansion triggers).
Power-user familiarity with modern product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap) and experimentation/engagement platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Gainsight).
Background in enterprise SaaS, PropTech, or complex workflow-based B2B platforms.
