  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to craft delightful experiences at the intersection of user experience, ML, and AI.
  • Collaborate with UX research, analytics, and merchandising to understand shopper intent and behavior, translating insights into discovery experiences that serve both customers and the business.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, using results to drive investment decisions across your portfolio and bring rigor to measuring AI-driven experiences.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for AI/ML discovery features and improvements.
  • Own launch plans, including UAT, communication, change management, and post-launch validation, while driving day-to-day progress with engineering through backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning.

Requirements

  • Track record in AI/ML products, particularly leading search, recommendations, or other AI/ML-powered products at scale for consumer products (e-commerce experience a plus).
  • Technical fluency: strong understanding of AI/ML product development and ability to credibly partner with engineers and data scientists.
  • Strong fluency with experimentation and analytics to drive product decisions.
  • Excellence at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing at senior levels through clear, persuasive communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and set direction across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
