About the Role

SERHANT. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and build a new generation of AI‑powered creative products for SERHANT. ID Lab and SERHANT. Studios. The role owns product strategy for premium real‑estate marketing and studio content—brand identities, listing collateral, photography, video, and social campaigns—conceived, produced, and distributed with AI in the loop. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the manager partners with department heads of ID Lab and Studios, engineering, design, and brokerage stakeholders to turn craft‑driven creative services into scalable products for agents, clients, and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap for AI‑powered creative and marketing products across ID Lab and Studios; translate creative services into scalable, productized offerings; own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization; ensure platform scalability, quality, production throughput, and revenue impact.
  • AI‑Powered Content and Creative Tooling: Identify and validate where generative AI (text, image, video, audio) can produce or accelerate premium real‑estate marketing and studio content; partner with engineering to evaluate, test, and deploy generative models, creative pipelines, and automation while maintaining SERHANT. standards and handling disclosure considerations.
  • Product Discovery and Prioritization: Embed with ID Lab designers and Studios producers to map creative workflows end‑to‑end and pinpoint high‑leverage intervention points; conduct discovery with agents, clients, and developers to understand marketing impact; develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications; run experimentation, analytics, and user feedback loops.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership and Execution: Serve as primary liaison between ID Lab and Studios department heads, engineering teams, design partners, and brokerage stakeholders; coordinate with engineering leadership to stay focused on high‑impact deliverables for technical, creative, and executive audiences.
  • Creative Quality and Operational Scale: Improve ID Lab and Studios production workflows—including intake, briefs, asset management, review cycles, and delivery—to reduce turnaround time and manual effort; ensure the two teams reinforce rather than compete, delivering scalable solutions that inform future product improvements.
  • Data and Product Analytics: Prioritize product decisions based on effectiveness, adoption, and impact on listing and brand performance; partner with technical teams to implement event tracking, analytics instrumentation, and reporting visibility of creative workflow trends.
  • The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Qualifications

  • 5‑8+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or creative and marketing technology environments.
  • Experience building products for marketing, branding, design, content production, or media workflows (e.g., marketing technology, creative tooling, digital asset management).
  • Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with generative AI for content creation, including large language models and image, video, or voice generation, with an understanding of current limits.
  • Demonstrated experience working alongside creative teams such as designers, producers, and editors, translating craft‑driven work into repeatable products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and cross‑functional delivery processes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical product implementation.
  • Experience with product analytics and reporting tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Qualitative user insight skills, audience analysis, and statistical methods to inform product decisions.
