Senior Product Manager, AI Clinical Care

About the role

This position involves leading the development of AI-powered clinical products to enhance care delivery and outcomes. You will own key product areas such as personalized care planning, clinical assessment automation, and care team coordination, collaborating closely with clinical teams and stakeholders to transform workflows into scalable, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing AI-native products focused on improving care quality and operational efficiency.
• Managing end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, ensuring clinical impact.
• Partnering with clinicians and compliance teams to translate clinical workflows into user-centric products.
• Innovating with healthcare providers, payers, and regulators to develop new care delivery models driven by AI evaluation against clinical protocols.
• Setting high standards for product quality, mentoring teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years as a Product Manager with experience in AI-powered products, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to own complex products end-to-end and communicate requirements clearly.
• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, or automation systems.
• Background in healthcare workflows, data-heavy systems, or clinical product development is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance like HIPAA is advantageous.
