Senior Product Manager- Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

The Product team for Nutanix Agentic AI Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help develop the next wave of AI solutions from Nutanix. This role focuses on defining and building infrastructure solutions for Enterprise use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Nutanix AI Solutions and Platform-as-a-Service, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
• Conceptualize and define requirements for capabilities to be built on Nutanix Kubernetes Platform to make it easy for Agentic AI builders to build and run Agents.
• Reach out to customers, collect feedback, and synthesize it into prioritized requirements that inform product development.
• Write detailed market requirements and product requirement documents (PRDs) to clearly communicate specifications and goals of AI products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, program management, support, and marketing to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Evangelize and advocate for AI solutions, providing customer briefings and promoting the benefits of technology to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams to drive field and partner enablement initiatives, enabling the sales team and partners to effectively promote and sell AI solutions.
• Author, build, and maintain compelling internal and external facing collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and case studies, in partnership with outbound teams to showcase the value and capabilities of AI products.

Requirements

• Direct experience or strong familiarity with the AI/ML product ecosystem.
• Familiarity with customer concerns in the AI/ML solutions space.
• 3-5 years of product management experience in enterprise datacenter products, AI/ML, Kubernetes, Virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing, or related offerings.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Frameworks, Agent Harness, and latest tools for building and deploying Agents.
• A strong understanding of components of enterprise offerings and frameworks.
• Ability to innovate, build, and launch successful products.
• Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• MBA considered a plus.
• Familiarity with industry solutions such as LLM inference, RAG, fine-tuning, serving endpoints, LLM models, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar offerings.

Pay

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $156,000 and USD $310,800 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in locations where our workplace policy applies.
