Senior Product Manager, Agent 365 Tools

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for tool onboarding and governance, including registry experience for plugins, skills, connectors, and customer-supplied tool packages.
• Engage with customers to understand governance and compliance requirements and translate them into clear, prioritized product investments.
• Define granular governance controls for agent tools.
• Deliver discovery and observability for unsanctioned/Shadow AI tools, giving customers visibility into tools operating outside sanctioned channels, along with usage and activity insights.
• Build governance capabilities for regulated and sovereign environments, including support for government cloud and runtime audit evidence for legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the different product teams within Microsoft to have coherent tool governance and security solutions with a seamless and engaging experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience preferred.
• Product management experience on developer platforms, extensibility ecosystems, governance experiences, or compliance capabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem (agent extensibility, plugins, and connectors) or adjacent platform-governance domains preferred.
• Experience delivering discovery, observability, or policy-enforcement features for enterprise customers preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated and sovereign requirements such as government cloud, audit, and compliance evidence preferred.
• Collaboration skills and clear written and verbal communication preferred.
