We need to output HTML fragment HTML with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About 3E" and then description. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need to decide sections based on content. We have: - About 3E (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About 3E" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role" but we have "About 3E". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. But we can use any heading that matches content. Probably we should have sections: About the company (maybe "About 3E") but they said use headings e.g. About the role. Not strict list; we can use appropriate heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About 3E (company mission). Then description of role: responsibilities (What You'll Do). Then qualifications (What Makes You a Great Fit). Then "You'll Thrive Here If You..." (culture fit). Then Benefits (Our US Benefits Include ...). Then hiring states list (maybe part of location). Also disclosures (EEO etc) which we should remove as boilerplate. Also privacy policy etc remove. Thus sections: - About 3E (maybe heading "About the Company" or "About 3E") - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements / Qualifications (What Makes You a Great Fit) - Skills? Could be part of qualifications. But we can combine. - Benefits (Our US Benefits Include ...) - Location? Could be part of "Location" but not required. Could include "Location" heading with states list. But they said include section only when posting has real specific content. The states list is specific. Could be under "Location" or "Eligibility". Use heading "Location" maybe. We must not include Pay or Schedule unless present. Not present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need to convert each bullet into
  • . The responsibilities are described in paragraphs with bullet-like sentences. We'll need to extract list items. Similarly for qualifications list. Benefits list: bullet list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Disclosures" etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's parse content. First part: "About 3E 3E is a mission-driven company dedicated to creating a safer and more sustainable world. We offer award-winning regulatory intelligence and AI solutions to help organizations protect people and products. With over 35 years of experience and a global presence, we empower our customers with innovative compliance solutions. You will get to work at a company that combines startup agility with the stability of an industry leader. Partner with enterprise customers and global experts to advance environmental safety and solve complex data science challenges. Join us and make an impact!" That's about company. Then: "We're looking for a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager who won't just support product launches but will help define how they succeed in market. This is more than a product launch role. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Commercial Enablement to bring innovative solutions to market. You'll help build the processes, playbooks, and commercial motions that accelerate growth, strengthen customer adoption, and shape how we go to market as our business continues to evolve. It's also an exciting opportunity to help launch disruptive, next-generation AI products that embed intelligence into customer workflows and create meaningful impact in an industry ready for innovation. At 3E, AI isn't just part of our products, it's part of how we work. We embrace AI-first ways of working to help our teams move faster, make better decisions, and continuously improve how we deliver value. We're growing quickly, expanding our product portfolio, and evolving how we bring products to market. That means priorities can shift, new opportunities emerge, and you'll often help create scalable processes rather than simply follow established ones. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, influencing without authority, and building while delivering, you'll thrive here. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving collaboration across a roadmap to achieve business outcomes, creating scalable go-to-market processes, enabling commercial teams with effective sales plays and training, refining product and solution positioning, and partnering cross-functionally to make big things happen. You'll own strategic planning and program management for our product launch lifecycle, lead launches for new capabilities, evolve our solution positioning, and enable our commercial teams with the tools, messaging, and processes they need to accelerate growth. You'll also monitor customer adoption and product usage to help maximize long-term customer value." Then heading "What You'll Do" with subpoints: - Product Launch Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead Product Launches - Market Insights & Customer Understanding - Product Positioning & Messaging - Commercial Enablement - Performance Monitoring - Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement - Adaptability Each has description. Then "What Makes You a Great Fit" with bullet points: - 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration— ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech. - Broad GTM Expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth: Should have a strong working knowledge of product management/product launch process, sales enablement best practices, and B2B software sales process. - A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that led to product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth. - Understands how GTM strategy translates to Commercial teams’ day-to-day roles. - AI and Commercial Tech Acumen: High acumen for use of key (or similar) technologies including Claude, Jira, SFDC, Pendo, and Gong. - Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and drive execution across teams. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. - Analytical Skills: Strong market sensing skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Leadership/Influence: Exceptional collaborator with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Must be skilled at aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability. - Experience in a high-growth mid-sized software or data company is highly valued. - Based in the US in one of the states where 3E is authorized to hire, and eligible to work without sponsorship. Then "You'll Thrive Here If You..." list: - Enjoy bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments. - Love building scalable processes instead of simply maintaining existing ones. - Are energized by cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority. - Have a builder's mindset and enjoy creating new playbooks. - Are curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new products and technologies. - Embrace AI and continually look for ways to work smarter and more effectively. - Enjoy seeing the direct impact your work has on customers, commercial teams, and business growth. Then "Our US Benefits Include" list: - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Life insurance and disability coverage - Open PTO and parental leave - 401(k) plan with company matching - Employee assistance program - Voluntary supplemental benefits (Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness) Then location list: "3E is currently authorized to hire in the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arizona, California (excluding Los Angeles), Colorado (excluding Denver), Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (excluding Chicago), Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York (excluding New York City), North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington." We should include location maybe as a section "Location" with that list. We must not include boilerplate like "Disclosures", "EEO", "Privacy Policy", etc. Now produce HTML. We'll have:
