Senior Product Engineer

About the role

You’ll join a small engineering team that ships the full slice of every feature — schema, API, and interface — and holds the bar on speed and craft. We move deliberately, write things down, and let owners own. Your work reaches thousands of teams, and you’ll see the impact within days, not quarters.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship features end to end across the Next.js, tRPC, and Postgres stack.
• Hold every interaction to a sub-100 ms standard, profiling and optimizing as you go.
• Model data schema-first and keep types honest from the database to the UI.
• Review peers’ work thoughtfully and raise the bar on code quality.
• Partner with design to turn rough ideas into polished, shipped product.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production web applications.
• Deep fluency with TypeScript, React, and a modern server framework.
• Strong relational data modeling and SQL fundamentals.
• A track record of owning features from idea to production.
• Excellent written communication for async, remote work.

Bonus

• Experience with realtime systems (WebSockets, CRDTs, or similar).
• Familiarity with Next.js App Router and React Server Components.
• Prior work on developer tools or productivity software.
