Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications serving millions of users
• Build new user experience features that improve customer engagement
• Develop and implement A/B testing experiments to optimize user experience and business outcomes
• Use data and experimentation results to drive product improvements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using test-driven development practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver new features
• Support research and development initiatives by rapidly prototyping and validating new ideas

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable web applications
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using component-based architectures
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or data-driven product development
• Experience writing automated tests and following test-driven development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience developing applications for mobile or connected TV platforms
• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, or BrightScript
• Experience working on consumer-facing streaming, media, or subscription-based products
• Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics, or growth engineering initiatives
