Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Own end-to-end development of backend systems powering AI-driven communication products, including voice agents and multi-channel workflows. Work directly with customers to understand problems, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design and build high-performance, reliable backend services that support real-time AI interactions and financial workflows. Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape product direction in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Operate with high ownership from defining scope and architecture to shipping production-ready features. Solve ambiguous, open-ended problems by combining strong technical thinking with product intuition. Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability as the platform grows. Act as a strong individual contributor with visible impact on product and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 5 years of experience in backend software engineering with strong production experience.
• Strong product mindset ability to define what to build, not just how to build it.
• Experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Comfort working in customer-facing engineering roles and gathering requirements directly.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of system design, performance, and scalability.
