Senior Product Engineer

Overview About the role As a Senior Product Engineer supporting Paragon TMS in Alpharetta, GA, you will solve complex customer and product problems. You will work across product and customer contexts to deliver maintainable software capabilities. You will apply engineering expertise, practical judgment, and a strong quality-assurance mindset from discovery through release and learning. Key Responsibilities Investigate customer and product problems, identify root causes, and prevent recurrenceDesign, build, test, release, and support reliable Paragon TMS softwareAnticipate edge cases, failure modes, and regression risks throughout developmentCreate tests, test data, validation approaches, and appropriate acceptance criteriaCommunicate risks, defects, test results, tradeoffs, and progress clearly About You You take ownership of complex technical problems and follow issues through resolution. You use evidence and sound judgment to make decisions and explain your reasoning. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners and help improve the effectiveness of the broader engineering team.
