Senior Product Designer - Core Mobile Experiences

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and design of the company's native mobile experiences
• Enhance interaction design, motion, and visual language in a native-first setup
• Advocate for a strong mobile perspective within a decentralized design team
• Collaborate closely with a senior engineering team to raise design quality
• Lead projects from concept to launch, impacting real businesses immediately
• Set higher standards for interaction and visual design across the team
• Contribute to and evolve design systems for cross-platform consistency

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in product design, focusing on native mobile (iOS and/or Android)
• Proficient in designing complex systems, not just individual user interfaces
• Strong visual design skills with a distinctive point of view
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, low-oversight environments
• Effective communicator who builds trust and advocates for design
• Deep enthusiasm for native design capabilities and methodologies

Compensation

$189,000 – $236,200 annually
