What You’ll Own
- Designing thoughtful solutions for complex traveler-facing products and partner experiences, from concept through launch
- Creating high-quality user interfaces, prototypes, and specifications that bring product ideas to life
- Partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to solve complex user problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Mentoring and influencing other designers through collaboration, feedback, and design critiques
- Exploring and shaping AI-powered and conversational product experiences that redefine how people plan and manage travel
Experience To Bring With You
- 5–7+ years of product design experience across user experience, interaction design, and visual design
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking, UI craft, and end-to-end design execution
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with enthusiasm for AI-powered design and development workflows
- Experience creating and evolving design systems, responsive experiences, and accessible products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor other designers
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products in fast-paced environments
- Willing and able to work in an open office environment
- Travel industry experience is a plus, but not required

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $180,000 - $195,000
