Senior Product Designer

About the role

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and translate them into effective design solutions.

Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components that ensure consistency across multiple platforms.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews to align design efforts with development timelines.

Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.

Ensure all design work follows accessibility standards (WCAG) and promotes inclusive design practices.

Collaborate with developers during handoff and implementation, providing specs and ensuring pixel-perfect execution.

Continuously analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to propose and implement design enhancements.

Stay updated with latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the design team to foster a culture of growth and improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and product metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in product design.
