Senior Product Designer

About the role

Hang is the next gen brand loyalty platform that redefines customer engagement for brands. Our platform blends AI-powered personalization, digitally immersive experiences, gamification, and omnichannel integrations to offer a marketing platform built for the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design function and be responsible for the product's look, feel, and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with leadership to imagine new features from the ground up.
• Define project requirements alongside Product and Engineering.
• Outline and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and use data to develop insights that translate into product design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX, UI, or product design experience.
• Experience delivering multiple projects with cross-disciplined teams.
• Experience designing products from the ground up.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Able to balance delightful design with the need to move quickly and iterate.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to extend past the scope of a typical product design role.
