Senior Product Design Manager - Argentina

About the role

As the Senior Product Design Manager for Core, you will lead the design strategy for the core experiences of our platform: shipping, orders, catalog, payments, and billing. Your role will be central to the evolution of our platform, serving over 180,000 brands that rely on Tiendanube daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Designers, elevating technical standards and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate actively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders (C-Level, Product, Engineering, and commercial teams) to align priorities and ensure consistency across the ecosystem.
• Define and evolve the design strategy for critical Core products (Shipping, Catalog, Orders, Payments, Subscriptions, and B2B), ensuring a systemic, scalable, and cohesive vision.
• Connect business strategic objectives with design strategy, transforming complex goals into technical solutions that generate real and sustainable value.
• Influence strategic product and business decisions based on data, user research, and a medium-to-long-term technological vision.
• Ensure excellence in discovery and delivery processes, promoting high-impact solutions that simplify complex operations.
• Build and promote a user-centered design culture, driving continuous learning and a deep connection with business outcomes and customer success.

Requirements

• Solid experience leading design teams in high-complexity environments, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce products.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic fronts and translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences.
• Familiarity with end-to-end design processes, from deep research to collaborative technical implementation.
• Clear and objective communication skills, with a proactive profile to influence strategic decision-making.
• Systemic vision to work with Design Systems and ensure the scalability of solutions across different business units.
• Strong focus on impact and results, using metrics to validate hypotheses and iterate quickly.
