For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Compliance Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in the company’s benefit products and serve as the main compliance resource for various internal teams Review marketing materials and customer content for compliance with UDAAP and regulatory standards Lead compliance risk assessments for new product features and technology developments Identify regulatory risks associated with product changes and recommend appropriate controls Monitor regulatory developments and provide impact assessments for relevant teams Support teams in resolving customer escalations related to compliance issues Identify privacy implications and escalate concerns as necessary Qualifications 4-6 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration with relevant experience in HSA custodians, TPAs, or fintech Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs Ability to interpret IRS guidance and other regulatory documents into actionable product requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex compliance topics to diverse audiences Experience collaborating across multiple teams including product, engineering, and sales Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, particularly during Open Enrollment Familiarity with privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GLBA is beneficial Benefits Competitive salaries and stock options Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life and disability insurance Employer contributions to HSAs and flexible spending accounts (FSA) Paid parental leave and medical travel benefits 401k plan with company matching and a flexible vacation policy Lifestyle spending accounts and additional perks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
