About the role
As a Senior Product Associate in Card Pricing within Marketing, Growth & Innovation, you will lead and support key initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization. You will translate business needs into clear requirements with engineering partners and drive initiatives through build, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
- Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams—product, tech, data, and design
- Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure, and process expectations while delivering what's best for the customer
- Partner with stakeholders such as Legal, Risk, and Compliance to understand functional/regulatory requirements and work with technology to drive business results
- Manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of work experience in product development or related field
- Proven ability to operate using Agile methodology
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
- Hands-on experience in SQL to drive prioritization and product development supported by data
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies like AWS public cloud

Pay
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
