About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to define business capabilities supported by Salesforce and custom platforms
- Lead discovery sessions to identify data requirements for sales, marketing, and AI capabilities
- Define business logic and integration patterns for customer and engagement data
- Translate business objectives into scalable requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with Engineering to design reusable integration patterns
- Define business rules for customer data assets
- Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure enterprise data supports future AI-driven experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience leading business analysis, product analysis, or solution analysis within Salesforce or enterprise CRM ecosystems
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data360
- Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer data, data integration, and modern integration patterns
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and user story development
- Excellent communication and influencing skills

Pay
$112,400 – $149,800 annually
