Responsibilities

• Analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating applications and systems to ensure all products meet end user needs.
• Documenting product requirements, defining business scope and objectives in terms of the product, and identifying technology solutions that support overall business strategy and operational goals.
• Collaborating with key project team members and scrum teams in designing functional solutions for the product, identifying and resolving project issues, and ensuring the defined solutions meet business requirements.
• Participating in development and configuration tasks as needed.
• Serving as a subject matter resource and mentor to Product Analysts by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and quality review of work products when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, product and/or project management, or a related technology-focused role.
• Professional certifications in Salesforce Administration, Scrum Master, and/or Project Management are strongly preferred.

Pay

Pay Range $85,933.00 - $104,771.00 per year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
