Senior Procurement Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
• Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
• Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
• Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
• Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders
• Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
• Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions

Job Qualifications

• Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
• Project and/or program management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development (a big plus)
• Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives (a big plus)
• Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization (a plus)
• Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software (a plus)

Pay

The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
