Responsibilities
- Maintains accuracy of processes during production.
- Modifies processes as required for product orders.
- Corrects errors and works with operators to improve process clarity and effectiveness.
- Conducts mechanical tasks such as process monitoring, sampling, and testing.
- Provides technical support to shifts for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Trains production supervisors and other process technicians.
Requirements
- Proficient with 3d design software.
- Industrial experience with machinery.
- Leadership training - experience leading a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or plastics technology.
- Certificates: 3D Design Software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR), Excel Macros.
- Project Management (PMP, PMI).
Qualifications
- Bilingual - English and Spanish.
Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Thermoforming and Extrusion processes.
- Quality equipment calibration proficiency.
- Infinity Database, Agile, Vorne, OEE Studio proficiency.
