Key job responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for process engineering across WFS, defining the multi-year roadmap for variation reduction, automation, and AI adoption.
- Influence senior leadership on prioritization, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the connective tissue between field operations, technology, continuous improvement, program management, and leadership — translating field-level insights into strategic recommendations while converting leadership vision into actionable engineering solutions.
- Engineer and optimize both FC manufacturing processes (onboarding stations, hiring event layouts, orientation flows) and corporate workflows (requisition management, candidate pipelines, compliance reporting) using Lean, Six Sigma, and simulation-based capacity analysis.
- Champion AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation opportunities across recruiting workflows.
- Build business cases, design automation solutions, and lead technology implementations including ATS, workforce management tools, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Build scalable frameworks and methodologies that enable program managers, field leaders, and operational teams to independently apply process engineering principles.
- Establish and mature a Quality Management System (QMS), lead audits, and drive continuous improvement globally.
- Own executive reporting on variation reduction impacts and contribute to OP1/OP2 planning.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, program launches, and mentor process engineers on methodology.
- Travel up to 50% to FCs and WFS locations globally.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or operations management
- Experience driving AI capabilities and applying artificial intelligence or machine learning to improve operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to use data to identify process bottlenecks, quantify improvement impact, and track program outcomes
- Experience mentoring or developing other engineers or program managers
