Senior Process Engineer (Onsite - Brookings, SD)

Responsibilities

• Provide process support for existing and new operations in the manufacturing facility
• Lead and/or contribute to various cross-functional teams/projects
• Plan, manage, and implement project activities
• Initiate, lead, execute, and measure continuous improvement projects
• Support new product scale-up and commercialization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline AND four (4) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience
• Experience applying statistical methods and engineering tools to analyze data and support problem-solving activities
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience presenting and communicating technical information to stakeholders through verbal and written communication methods
• Experience leading or supporting technical projects and initiatives involving multiple priorities or stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline AND four (4) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of engineering, research and development, or manufacturing experience

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $106,000 - $145,750, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
