What You'll Do
- Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency, reduce variability, and lower costs.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams to solve problems and implement improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing data and process performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause investigations for process deviations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support customer satisfaction efforts through FMEA activities and investigation of customer-reported material failures.
- Execute process changes using Management of Change (MOC) tools while supporting safe, repeatable manufacturing operations.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial production environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and basic statistical analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective process solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting ideas to both individuals and groups.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, chemistries, and manufacturing processes, with the flexibility to work across plant, laboratory, and office environments.

Pay Range
The salary range for this role is $92,000.00 and $110,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
