About the role
The Precision Guidance Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line is seeking a uniquely qualified and motivated individual to provide full-time onsite 2nd shift Process Engineering support in a growing factory supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain SOPs for a defense manufacturing line
- Disposition work orders/routers using an electronic MES
- Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization
- Support continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering, or 2 years with a Master’s degree
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Electronic manufacturing software experience such as Paperless MES/QMS, Oracle, or TipQA
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Root cause and corrective action methodology knowledge and experience
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
