About the role

Drive enterprise process excellence by creating standardized, scalable, and efficient business processes that align strategy, people, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and mature enterprise process architecture for risk and compliance work.
  • Partner with business, operations, technology, compliance, and functional teams to understand current processes and identify gaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Create process maps, swim lane diagrams, SOPs, business requirements, and decision frameworks.
  • Maintain an enterprise process repository as a source of truth.
  • Define process ownership, governance models, decision points, handoffs, and performance measures.
  • Help standardize processes, reduce ambiguity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of Archer Evolv.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and help transition documented processes into operational use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6 years of related experience driving process transformation and simplification in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong enterprise systems thinking, with the ability to see how processes connect across departments and functions.
  • Skilled in facilitation and workshop leadership, including cross-functional discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust with leaders and business partners.
  • Strong change management mindset, including anticipating resistance and helping others understand the “why” behind process changes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Business acumen with the ability to connect process improvements to efficiency, compliance, customer experience, and risk reduction.
  • Experience with process governance, including ownership models, standards, decision frameworks, and documentation controls.
  • Executive communication skills and the ability to present recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Operational Excellence.
  • Experience in risk, compliance, privacy, security, audit, or other regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Rate: $80.99/hour W2
  • Contract Worksite Location: Remote in EST or CST
  • 6 month contract with opportunity for extension
