About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead advisor in a dedicated client practice with a Wealth Advisor and Client Experience Specialist
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and client education
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through various communication channels
  • Grow assets under management through proactive client engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client services
  • Recommend and implement investment strategies aligned with client goals
  • Guide clients in retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, and estate planning
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to client practice team members
  • Travel locally for in-person client meetings as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management and financial advisory services
  • Advanced knowledge of wealth management strategies and financial planning
  • Proven ability to manage complex client needs and present investment portfolios
  • Demonstrated success serving high-net-worth clients ($1M+), with high client satisfaction
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and financial planning platforms
  • Active FINRA Series 65 license required

Pay

$125,400 – $181,875 annually
