Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated client team to foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Deliver high-quality client service for onboarding, financial planning, and investor education
- Engage clients proactively through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Manage asset retention and growth through effective communication and education
- Serve as a liaison to internal departments for client needs
- Explain 'Personal Strategy' investments and align strategies with client goals
- Provide holistic financial planning across various subjects, collaborating with specialists
- Coordinate with advisory team and stakeholders for client requests
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial services and client experience
- Proven success working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management and estate planning
- Able to manage multiple client needs and analyze investment portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent FINRA Series 65 certification required; CFP preferred
