About the role
The Senior Private Client Advisor on the Private Client Services team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the unique risk management needs of high-net-worth clients. This position requires a minimum of three years of personal lines insurance experience, a P&C license, and a strong client service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into client exposures and loss experiences to tailor insurance solutions.
- Present accurate market data and informed advice to clients.
- Anticipate and address client needs through proactive service.
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Conduct annual Client Advisory reviews to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
- Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to secure comprehensive coverage options.
- Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations during the negotiation process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Client service orientation with a balance on managing expectations.
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc., are a plus.
- Previous experience with luxury carriers like AIG, Chubb, and PURE is a plus.
