About the role
The Senior Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering purposeful work and meaningful impact by understanding and recommending the right products and services for high-net-worth clients. This position requires a strong background in personal lines insurance, property and casualty licenses, and client service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into client exposures and loss experiences to understand their current coverages and needs.
- Present accurate market data and informed advice to help clients navigate complex risks.
- Anticipate client needs and address questions through various communication channels.
- Gather information about risk management needs and financial loss tolerance to propose tailored solutions.
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews.
- Secure comprehensive coverage options for clients through negotiation with multiple insurance carriers, ensuring compliance with industry laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years' personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations.
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional designations like CPCU, CIC, CPRIA, etc., are a plus.
- Previous experience with luxury carriers such as AIG, Chubb, PURE is a plus.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $123,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

This role offers a flexible schedule to accommodate client and company meetings, with the option to work remotely.
