Responsibilities
- Coordinate MZLA's privacy and compliance program activities and documentation
- Translate compliance requirements into practicable organizational processes
- Manage reviews of vendors and tools in coordination with various departments
- Document data processing flows and related privacy concerns
- Support global privacy operations and user rights workflows
- Develop practical data inventories and privacy documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement privacy-by-design for new initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a software or technology environment
- 5+ years in privacy operations, compliance management, or related fields
- Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with various stakeholders
- Expertise in vendor, tool, or subprocessor risk assessments
- Knowledge of international data privacy laws, including GDPR and associated user rights processes
- Technical fluency in data systems and processing methods
- Strong project management and communication skills
