Responsibilities

• Design and validate advanced thermal solutions for data center customers.
• Define system-level thermal strategy for data center products.
• Develop next-generation cooling technologies, including air- and liquid-cooled designs.
• Lead thermal analysis, feasibility studies, and testing of thermal products, instruments, subassemblies, and packaging.
• Oversee the introduction of design changes to manufacturing organizations.

About the team

Thermal Engineering leads and delivers the development of innovative and compliant thermal design solutions, as well as cross-functional interfaces for computer systems and peripherals. Our team conducts analysis, feasibility studies, and testing of thermal products and then oversees the implementation of design changes.
