Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale infrastructure and operational initiatives supporting OCI’s rapid global expansion. This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional program leadership, executive communication skills, and operational rigor.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across OCI
- Drive execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, networking, capacity planning, and executive leadership teams
- Develop scalable program governance, reporting, and risk management mechanisms
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility
- Manage program dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths across multiple organizations
- Deliver executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates
- Identify execution risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
- Support organizational prioritization and operational decision-making
- Operate effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical program management or infrastructure program leadership experience
- Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or operational intelligence workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems, and operational dependencies
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience operating in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations
- Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred
