What You’ll Do
- Lead high-visibility programs that expand Analog Devices’ kilowatt-level power delivery portfolio, with an emphasis on data center applications.
- Drive cross-functional execution across advanced technology areas including integrated voltage regulators, high-performance SoCs, chiplet architectures, advanced packaging, magnetics, and silicon capacitors.
- Define program strategy, key deliverables, milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure successful execution from development through production ramp.
- Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to enable product readiness and operational success.
- Collaborate with external partners, including foundries, OSATs, and manufacturing providers, to support scale, readiness, and long-term execution.
- Translate technical complexity into clear recommendations, program updates, and risk-based decisions for senior leadership.
- Contribute as a senior technical individual contributor with broad influence, strong ownership, and visible impact across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years of experience in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, technology development, or closely related fields.
- A master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading technically complex, high-visibility programs from concept through execution.
- Ability to operate independently, set priorities, solve problems proactively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions, organizations, and geographic regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional semiconductor programs in power management, advanced packaging, high-performance computing, or data center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of new product introduction, manufacturing transfer, qualification, and production ramp in complex semiconductor environments.
- Familiarity with data center power architectures, integrated voltage regulators, or related power conversion technologies.
- Experience working with foundries, OSATs, and other strategic external manufacturing or technology partners.
- Proven ability to communicate technical challenges and tradeoffs clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.
