About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical design and analysis for Phase I-IV clinical studies and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize study protocols and reporting timelines
- Develop and implement statistical strategies and protocols for clinical trials
- Review data capture systems; validate data for accuracy and reliability
- Write and oversee statistical analysis plans and ensure quality of CRO deliverables
- Act as a statistical subject matter expert for clinical reporting and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies
Requirements
- MS or MPH in statistics or related field with 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or PhD in statistics or related field with 2+ years of experience
- Expertise in clinical trial design and statistical analyses, including complex methods and regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency in SAS and R programming; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with ICH Guidelines and CDISC standards in drug development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$156,000 – $234,000 annually
