About the role
As a Senior Principal RF Systems Engineer in the Space System Product Line, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create engineering solutions for a RF space payload. Your responsibilities will include supporting the entire systems engineering lifecycle and key customer milestones.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a technical lead on system engineering tasks on a space platform.
- Support the entire systems engineering lifecycle and key customer milestones.
- Collaborate with other talented engineers to solve challenging problems.
Requirements
- Must currently possess an active Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
- Minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience with BS, 4 to 6+ years with MS, 2 to 4+ years with PHD in a relevant field.
- Experience performing system engineering activities across the development cycle.
- RF Domain experience.
- Test equipment and Hardware integration experience.
- Experience being part of a multidisciplinary project team.
- Excellent communication skills, forward thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess an active Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience.
- Must have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience.
- Must have working experience with SDRs and Radar applications.
- Must have experience working on System Engineering tasks on a space platform.
- Must have technical lead experience and IV&V (Integration, Verification & Validation) experience on space platforms.
- Must have experience with system analysis techniques such as link budget, latency, calibration, timing, and synchronization.
- Must have familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
- Must have model based systems engineering experience with tools such as Magic Draw.
- Must have experience with technical performance measures and cost account management.

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
Schedule
Most responsibilities will be performed full-time on site. There may be opportunities to work in a hybrid capacity on occasion, depending on the specific phase of the program.
