Senior/Principal Product Manager, AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for a major product area, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Define and deliver customer-facing features, balancing execution with strategic goals
• Lead the design of AI workflows that reduce manual effort for users and teams
• Collaborate with AI engineers to refine agent behaviors and product iterations
• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation based on customer pain points
• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate solutions and shape outcomes
• Ensure compliance of product decisions with governance and regulatory standards
• Track success metrics to guide product prioritization and progress reporting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant B2B SaaS product ownership
• Experience delivering AI-powered features and workflows with a focus on outcomes
• Strong technical fluency regarding system design, APIs, and AI pipelines
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes at a senior level
• Data-driven decision maker with experience in defining and using product metrics
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Preferably experienced in cybersecurity or adjacent fields

Compensation

$175,000 – $285,000 annually
