Senior/Principal Licensed Land Surveyor

Qualifications

BL Companies is seeking a Senior/Principal Land Surveyor licensed in Massachusetts with at least 5 years of experience in land surveying and a proven track record of delivering survey projects with precision and efficiency. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact projects while working collaboratively with BL’s Survey Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope, estimate, and plan survey projects
• Oversee execution of Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and Construction Stakeout
• Ensure quality control across all project phases
• Help to coordinate staffing and resource planning
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
• Travel to job sites as required
• Collaborate with Survey Management leadership and contribute to department operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land surveying
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
• Proficiency in CAD, GPS, and robotic instruments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Pay

The position has a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000. Your offer would be based on your experience, skills, and fit for the role.
