Senior Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Remote Eligible)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end complex AI deployments, managing customer relationships and ensuring production readiness
• Custom tailor AI workshop programs and technical sessions to meet customer specifications and evolving needs
• Arcitect multi-agent solutions based on customer workflow and compliance requirements
• Develop client-specific MCP resource packs that enhance customer intelligence across connected AI
• Ensure high quality of Deployment Kits, making them accessible for non-engineers
• Facilitate Solutions Enablement Sprints to educate consultants and partners on AI deployment patterns
• Author strategic memos and share field findings during weekly strategy sessions

Qualifications

• 10+ years in production software engineering; 3+ years in AI/ML deployment
• Proven experience leading complex technical engagements and managing customer relationships
• Expertise in production large language models with a focus on orchestration and optimization
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture across enterprise systems and AI services
• Ability to develop reusable technical assets; thinking in platforms rather than projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and training materials
• A commitment to leaving teams improved and self-sufficient
• Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally
