Senior Principal Field Architect - AI Agents

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer seamless integrations between the company Agent Connect and hyperscaler AI platforms
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of AI coding tools used in conversational AI
• Act as a technical liaison with leading AI tool and cloud companies
• Present the company’s technical roadmap and consolidate insights for product planning
• Support Sales teams with updated positioning, use cases, and technical roadmaps
• Capture technical and business requirements with key enterprise design partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 8+ years in enterprise technology strategy and technical product management
• Deep architectural understanding of major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, and machine learning architectures
• Strong technical background to discuss complex system architectures
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to advocate for customer-centric engineering practices in fast-paced environments

Pay

$284,320 – $405,600 annually
