About the Role
Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Javelin Lightweight Command Launcher Unit (LWCLU) Test Equipment program. This position is based in Tucson, Arizona and requires up to 15% travel.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cost, schedule, planning, and execution for all Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment activities across multiple contracts.
- Coordinate with program planning, finance, and leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
- Support development and reporting of accurate proposal costing efforts for future Javelin LWCLU Test Equipment efforts.
- Lead a diverse team of multidisciplinary engineers, providing technical guidance, direction, and mentorship.
- Direct the activities of team members and across teams.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
- Experience leading or contributing to proposals, such as creating Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and participating in leadership proposal reviews.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) required prior to start date; ability to obtain interim clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in test equipment development, integration, and sustainment.
- Experience evaluating requirements with verification and validation methods.
- Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure/high-profile environments.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The range is representative of all experience levels and considers factors such as role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
