Senior Principal Biostatistician (Epidemiology)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal Biostatistician (Epidemiology) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead statistical strategy across clinical research efforts, with a focus on generating robust evidence to support product value and decision-making. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape study design, guide analyses, and translate complex findings into clear direction for the business. The ideal candidate will also help strengthen statistical methodology and operating processes in support of multiple trials and research initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $151,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end evidence strategies for various study designs Develop economic models to communicate product value Act as statistical lead on multiple clinical trials and analyses Collaborate with cross-functional partners on research implementation Represent Biostatistics on project teams and manage communication Guide stakeholders on statistical expertise and ad hoc analysis Develop innovative statistical methodologies and standard operating procedures Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 8 years of clinical trial analytical experience Master's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 7 years of clinical trial analytical experience Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 4 years of clinical trial analytical experience Proficient in SAS, with experience in R or S-Plus preferred Strong leadership abilities with experience influencing cross-functional teams Benefits Comprehensive benefits programs to meet diverse individual needs Performance-based incentives Competitive salary offerings Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
